Prescriptions
The FDA requires that all orders in the United States require a prescription from your healthcare provider. 
  • “Unlimited” or “Lifetime” or “99 months”  prescriptions are good for subsequent orders indefinitely. Without this designation, you will need a prescription when re-ordering the Lung Flute. 
  • If a prescription notes an expiration date, it is valid through the listed date.
  • If there are any questions in regard to the validity of your prescription, we would be glad to review your prescription.
 
 
 
 
How Do I Send You A Prescription?
 
In order to purchase a Therapeutic Lung Flute, a prescription is required. Prescriptions can be sent by you or your physician by fax to (716) 759-2388, email to prescription@medicalacoustics.com or mail to Medical Acoustics,9700 Main Street, Clarence, NY 14031
 
 
Who Can Write Me A Prescription
 
The following medical prescriptions are acceptable:
-         Primary Care Physician
-         Internist
-         Sleep Physician
-         Nurse Practitioner
-         Doctor of Osteopathy
-         Physician’s Assistant
-         Dentist
 
 
Shipping Timeline?
 
Within 3-5 business days from receipt of both a prescription and payment, your order will be processed and your package delivered via standard first class regular mail which typically takes 5-7 days depending on your location. International orders, please allow two weeks for delivery. Upon request, expedited shipment methods are available.
 
Do You Accept Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance?
 
No, we have no relationship with them.
 
 
Will You Ship to My Country?
 
Currently, we are able to ship to:

  • Canada
  • 30 Member Countries of the European Union
  • Philippines (via our local distributor)
